Matt Jones’s approach to Strength & Conditioning (S&C) is something he has developed over the course of his 20+ years experience in the field. He was already serving as the S&C Coach to a number of elite athletes back in 1996 and throughout his career has trained a wide range of people from varying walks of life.  His own experiences of recovering from injury, going on to become a scholarship holder in elite sport and his academic education all contributed positively to his current training and coaching philosophies.

Pricing for a 45 minute Strength & Conditioning session with Matt Jones, CSCS, is $160.00 (incl. GST).

We recommend one-on-one training for Strength & Conditioning so we can tailor the sessions to your own personal needs. Appointments can be made by emailing [email protected].
If you would like to be able to access our ISO facility for your daily/weekly self-directed or assigned Strength & Conditioning sessions, we do also offer a S&C Only Membership for all of your S&C needs (subject to certain requirements).
